Ways to Get Involved
You, too, can make a difference.
There are many ways you can support the work of the CARE Center, a nonprofit program serving abused children and their families throughout Queen Anne's County.

Make a Donation

As a designated 501(c)3 nonprofit fund within the Maryland Association of Social Services Boards (MASSB) Foundation, 100% of the proceeds from fundraising activities directly benefit services for child victims and their non-offending family members.

Arrange a Community Presentation

Arrange for a presentation to your community, civic, or faith-based organization. The CARE Center staff and volunteers are available to speak with your group on a variety of child-focused topics customized to meet the needs of your audience.

Volunteer

As a volunteer you could:
  • Join the Because We Care committee
  • Attend a CARE Center fundraising event
  • Donate time or special talents to the CARE Center.

The Because We Care committee is a special group of dedicated individuals who come together periodically to produce fundraising events for the CARE Center. The committee is made up of people from all walks of life, each with something unique to offer!
